Most custom orders and monogram / personalized orders will ship within 2 weeks. 

Occasionally, it may take longer due to demand, or a temporary production problem. Please let us know PRIOR to ordering if you have a special shipping need or any questions regarding a specific product.

Feel free to email with any questions regarding customization. We will not issue refunds once custom orders (made especially for you) have been placed. If you have a special need, please let us know! 

Please prepare for holidays, special times of year, and seasons accordingly. Our shipping times may vary during this peak time, and can take up to 4 week delivery time. Contact us with any questions you may have at info@apparellink.net **Email works best, and is our preferred method of communication.** We are not available on Saturdays, Sundays, Holidays or evenings to answer the phone or to return phone calls! 

Refunds and Exchanges

RUSH ORDERS: If you need your item rushed, we will make every effort to accommodate your needs. PLEASE email us PRIOR to ordering to work out RUSH orders. 

Refunds will not be issued if an order is placed and RUSH order has not been granted prior to the order. Additionally, we can not “guarantee” delivery once the package has left our hands and is in the hands of the shipping method. If your package does not arrive and has been sent overnight, we will only refund the cost of the shipping, not the products.

ACTUAL SHIPPING VIA  USPS, UPS, FEDEX: ONCE I HAND A PACKAGE TO THEM, IT IS OUT OF MY HANDS. I DO NOT DO THE ACTUAL TRANSPORT! I WILL BE GLAD TO ASSIST IN TRACKING A PACKAGE AND WILL WORK WITH THE CARRIER IF A PACKAGE SEEMS LOST, BUT I DO NOT ACTUALLY TRANSPORT THE PACKAGE!
